Carniceria Guadalajara, also known as Guadalajara #2, is a neighborhood butcher shop in Detroit’s Springwells area. Initially opened by Salvador Enriquez with plans to expand, the business grew into a chain that included Guadalajara #1 and #3. Eventually, Salvador focused on Guadalajara #2, bringing his daughter, Adriana Hernandez, on as his business partner.
Through ProsperUs Detroit's Entrepreneur Training Program, Adriana gained valuable resources and loans to help strengthen the brand and foster growth. As the business evolves, Salvador and Adriana are committed to serving their community and ensuring the success of Guadalajara #2 for the future.
